**There is a 4% credit card processing fee when tuition is paid online or with credit card.
Class must met minimum enrollment requirements to run.
CNS Tuition includes all supplies, materials and snacks. ONE PRICE! (Parents are responsible for fees for off-site field trips.)
Payment options include:
-One payment, total due by August 1st
-Two payments, 1/2 due by August 1st,
1/2 due January 10th
-Ten monthly payments, each due the 1st of months August through May.
There is a $55 Registration Fee for each child, each year for the 2, 3 or 5 days/week classes.
This fee is refundable until June 1st. After that date, no refunds will be made should a child opt not to attend the program. The fee will be used for the added costs of filling the spot over the summer months.
CNS now accepts credit card payment for tuition and registration fee. However, due to bank processing fees, there is a 4% surcharge on all credit card transactions.
Online credit card payments are via the secure Square application. Click HERE to make an online payment.
Failure to make tuition payments by the 15th of the month will result in a late fee of $10/week. Repeated offenses could result in the child's expulsion from the program, at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
Tuition Discounts are available to families with more than one child enrolled at CNS at once. Speak with the Director for more information.
Interested parents are encouraged to call the program director for an appointment to visit the program.
Registration requires completion of a simple registration form and payment of a $55 Registration Fee for the 2, 3 and 5 days/week classes and a $20 Registration Fee for the Mommy & Me and Enrichment Classes. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis (specific teacher requests can NOT be guaranteed). If a desired class is already full, the program's director will maintain a Wait List.
Parents will be notified of enrollment confirmation. A variety of forms will be sent for parents to fill out and return PRIOR to the start of the school year.
In order to attend CNS, child MUST have all immunizations required by New York State law. Documentation of immunization history is required. Also, a recent medical examination is required prior to the start of the school year.
Children must have their birthdays prior to December 1st to be eligible for the corresponding class (i.e. a child must be 3 before December 1st to enroll in a class for three year olds).
Two year old children attend the CNSjr/Mommy & Me class accompanied by parent or other caregiver. Three and four year old children attend class on their own.
THREE AND FOUR YEAR OLD CHILDREN MUST BE INDEPENDENT IN TOILETING SKILLS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SCHOOL YEAR!
The Board of Directors reserves the right to cancel any class that does not fulfill minimum enrollment requirements. In such cases, parents will be notified as soon as possible, with the option of joining a comparable class or given priority status on wait list.
Parents can register a child in one of two ways.
#1. Print out the Registration form from this website. Click on the link above, print out the page from your browser, fill out the form, and send it to the address indicated, along with a check for the appropriate Registration Fee.
#2. Follow the link to register and make registration fee payment online. ONLINE REGISTRATION.
Upon receipt of this form and fee, the Program Director will contact you with confirmation.
